Pre-Pregnancy Stats:
Height: 5' 2"
Weight: 100 lbs.
Health: Good
If you're pregnant with triplets, or know someone who is, then you've heard ALL the warnings,
all the risks, all the gazillion things that can go wrong.
Particularly given my size, I was told by many doctors that I would likely not be able to
carry 3 babies to term.
I finally found THE best doctor who said, "You can do this!"
And I did.
I'm gonna make this very simple.
I made it.
I gave birth at 33 weeks.
Did not go on bed-rest for 1 minute.
Failed the 1 hour glucose test.
Passed the 3 hour glucose test.
No Preeclampsia.
No nothing.
The pregnancy was flawless.
I gained a total of 47 pounds.
If I can do it, so can you!
Honestly, some of what I attribute my success to is an extremely positive attitude. (Seriously)
I ate well, but not perfectly.
I was on my feet, but also sat down when I felt the need.
Drank lots of water, (but also some Dr. Peppers)
I did NOT obsess on the internet about things that could go wrong.
I took one day at a time.

your children are super cute and i really liked the pictures of your belly, the only thing that made me wanna cry was im about 15 and a half weeks pregnant and i feel like my belly is huge compared to what it should be so i googled pregnany belly at 15 weeks and your picture showed up and i thought hey that belly is close to mine and then i saw that you had triplets! how do you know for sure if there is only one. the doctors only saw one but....
Everyone is different - my friend looked like I did at her second pregnancy with one child and I am 14 weeks looking around 5 months at least. You are who you are - concentrate on a healthy pregancy and don't focus on the vanity of it. You have little people in your tummy...focus on that.
Oh my! I'm only 12 weeks pregnant with triplets but I already look like your 18 week photo!!! (I work at the same place your husband works at)
Love reading your blog and all your advice. Thank you! I am 18 weeks pregnant with triplets. One question, did you work throughout your pregnancy? Just wondering what if it is possible! Thanks!
Thats really a great blog post for the pregnant lady. My wife only 10 weeks pregnant with triplets but I already look like your 12 week.

I haven't even read past your first few pages and I'm already in tears. I also went through several rounds of IUI and on our 3rd of IVF I found out I'm pregnant with triplets. A set of identicals and a single. I've been told so many scary things by the Drs. and just you saying that you did it and others can do it too is so reassuring. Thank you for that. So simple, but so powerful.
Congratulations! It can definitely be done! Just stay as positive as you can! Feel free to email me if I can answer any questions along the way! :).
I can't get over how lovely the clothes from pregnancy brand My Tummy are, you should definitely check them out if you're looking for new maternity clothing or breastfeeding wear. They have gorgeous trousers and skirts too, which can be difficult to find when you're expecting. Lots of the tops have designs on the bump, all created with pregnancy safe dyes, and the breastfeeding dresses are gorgeous for summer.
Did you have any abortion in between?
I am sure most people search on this topic on the Internet.
